I had booked Pune Nagpur Pune Indigo flight with MakeMyTrip and paid *****/-. The airline cancelled the flight because Pune airport was shut dur to recarpeting. The airline refunded the complete amount for this. However MakeMyTrip trip deducted ****/- as their convenience fee and refunded the remaining amount. This is unfair since flight was cancelled by the airline and MakeMyTrip had assured me full refund .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
