Jio Mart - Incomplete Product Received

i ordered *** boxed from JIO mart on *th October but received only ** boxes on *th October. the box i received from them in which the product was can only fit ** boxes not even ** boxes. so oi complained about it and the customer support said they will look into it and i told them to provide me with refund or the boxes which are missing. they told me nothing then and then closed my ticket in *-* days.they didn't even told me to do anything.then i complained again and they said they will look into it kindly wait, i then waited for almost **-** days still no resolution was provided to me. i then called the customer support and told them everything they then again did nothing and closed my complaint.on *rd November i called again and talked to their senior and they are saying me now that i return the product. they first didn't told me to return or do anything.i run a small business and used *-** boxes as i was in need so i told them that i cannot return you can give me the missing boxes or send an executive and let him check if *** boxes can fit into the packaging box.i even told them, to contact the seller why they sent me the incomplete product,they refused and said they cannot do anything about it.this is not acceptable!
