This item clearly shows as well as it is written that the Pouch is free with the Oil Can but this was not delivered. On checking with the Customer Support, he said that it is no where mentioned that this was free. I have stated to him that the picture as well as details mentioned on the OIL Can clearly mentions it. They are neither responding but only raising complain numbers **********, ********** and **********
