Ticket # **********, the customer service team, keeps closing ticket, with pathetic reply, the agent who picks calls only keeps telling they don't have any authority.
Also I have mailed to the cs@jiomart.com & cshead@jiomart.com. Again the reply doesn't come at all, only templated statements are given as ticket will be reviewed and gets closed.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
