I had ordered ** products from mamaearth app in offer Buy * Get * Free but I received only * products in the delivered packet. They take whole money from online payment but not delivered the complete order * products are not delivered by mamaearth. I'm so disappointed and angry on my first order they did fraud to me.
Products were not delivered are:
*. Ubtan body lotion.
*. Ubtan face scrub.
*. Onion hair oil + Onion hair mask (combo).

I had complaint through mail and did calls many time but they didn't receive and they are not responsible and didn't reply to my complain yet .
I just want my missing order deliver as soon as possible or refund my money in my bank account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
