I ordered butter soya chap gravy, butter paneer gravy, butter soya chaap masala worth Rs. *** from Sharma Paneer Tikka, Bathinda. An item(butter soya chaap masala) was missing worth Rs.***. I immediately reported the problem to the restaurant and swiggy but none of them took any action and the restaurant employee was very rude. It's been more than two weeks and I haven't received a refund for the missing item.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
