- Incomplete furniture delivery Closed
we have booked a king size bed from pepperfry through online site (pepperfry.com) with advance payment of RS -**** / on **th august. our order no was :********* and delivery was scheduled by *rd September **** . Unfortunately they missed their stipulated delivery time and made us wait till *th September **** . After receiving packing ( around *pm on *th September) , when carpenter Mr Karamveer Singh as assigned by pepperfry tried to asssemble the bed, he found they have sent incomplete pieces of two different beds i.e. bed and foot support of two different beds(one is similar to our booked bed and other one is totally different bed) without any side panels. Immediately carpenter informed pepperfry customercare for support but they asked him to send picture of products . He did so. By night we also intiated the return request with full refund as products came incomplete and mismatches. they acknowledged our return request by mail and assured us to get back by ** hrs to collect their products back and initiate our refunds. But did not call back or send any one . We have already spent more than ** days in waiting for bed and faced physical and mental stress to receive bed after stipulated delivery time with a mental shock of incomplete products. Now we are again facing another mental stress to get our money back. Kindly help us to get our money back with compensation and prevent this company to cheat others
