It’s has become a routine affair. The Hathway customer care calls me incessantly to recharge my broadband account even when my due date is days away! I am tired of taking their calls. It is not a pending amount that they need to chase me for. It’s my wish when I recharge. It doesn’t make sense to recharge early. There should be action against Hathway on this!
