I placed an order # ******* to deliver a rakhi in igp.com on **th July. I paid a premium for the product for a pair of rakhi Rs *** and Rs *** for courier charges for the order to deliver an address in Germany. The order is suppose to be delivered on **th of July but the date almost passed the rakhi date and the product is not delivered. There is no response from service team on the product where about
