- I ordered a shoe from New Balance India and it is not showing any updates only amount is deducted Closed

I ordered one shoe from https://www.nbindiastore.in/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=5032
But after ordering it's showing in status pending. Also amount was deducted while making online payment without even asking for OTP. And now there is no response from the side.
