Firstcry.com - I have placed an order Out of items I have ordered I returned some of the items because of size fitt

I have placed an online order with Firstcry.com. Out of items I have ordered , I returned some of the items because of size/fitting issue. The delivery partner collected the returned items from my house and after carefully inspecting the items (even verifying by OTP for each product) and satisfying that the products are unused and in same condition as received and tags are intact, the refund was initiated into my account . Then after some days I placed another order with firstcry. Firstcry cacelled my order from their end and debited my this amount saying that i have not returned the right items to them previously. And they cancelled my this order and debited my this order amount ..Ridiculous… Even their customer care team is running a larde scale fraud in collaboration with the so called warehouses.. Even after contacting them multiple times they are not refunding my amount.. Their Sr Manager Mr. Shivam is very much involved in this .. He himself is saying that they won’t refund any amount and not even transferring the call to his superiors so that i can represent the case .
