Hi, on *st Jan i have ordered from zomato
Order I'd: **********
But delevery boy kept his phone switched off,
Delivery boy mobile number +************. I have tried * * hours to contact him but no answer some times his phone ringing but he wantedly taken that food that is why he didn't delevered the food.
As a zomato customer i have totally disappointed because paying money for the order but have not received order is very frustrating.
I will take serious action on this if this is not resolved by today EOD.
**Above text i have mailed to zomato but there is no response***
