Swiggy - I had received just inedible quantity of food with human hair floating in it

I had placed an order for butter chicken costing Rs. *** and above that **% discount was given. But when I opened the foil I was in miserable shock to see it's a packet of oil with few shredded pieces of chicken and human hair floating all over. I had just throw it away. When I went for the customer care support by posting a picture of the food they said they are unable to refund me as this is an unavoidable mistake on their part. The customer care executives of swiggy are so rude that they mostly disconnected the chat so that they can avoid conversation. Swiggy's service has dropped to a * level. They denied me compensation even after elaborating the matter * to * times. I too much dissatisfied.
