Hi Team,
I have ordered product from Flipkart and received wrong size product,Order ID - OD******************.
I have created return request And pickup was not done , saying that product is huge And cannot be carried on bike ,please will come on truck And they will pickup.
Immediately, I have complained this issue to customer support as pickup agents are not taking the Item..mentioning it as large Item.
Customer executive assured me and told that pickup will happen by Nov*th****, but on nov*st request Got cancelled mentioning the reason as return policy expired.
They are not refunding my amount now, And saying we cannot do anything now.
I have been following up with them more than * month but no resolution.
Request you to Please help in getting my money back.
