Ajio Reliance Trend - I didn t receive my product

Actually I ordered a shirt for my friend. And by mistake I put a wrong address ie the block number.The actual block number is B block and I put D block.But there is no D block there and the delivery boy is delivered the thing somewhere else without calling me and confirm the address. After I got the delivered messege I put a complaint to ajio .Then after few days the delivery boy called me and said he delivered the thing to A Block . And I call the hostel warden and he said, A delivery boy came and gave the parcel but he return back and take the parcel with him. I don't know what to do next.I am a regular customer of ajio and it feels so sad to me. Please help
