I didn't get my refund I had booked the ticket on *th May..one ticket is cancelled and then I booked another ticket but that also failed..and they said it will be refunded in **th may ..but I didn't get the refund..till today(**th may) they didn't refunded my money back... because of the negligence. Of make my trip refund process..I had travelled from GUWAHATI to Vijayawada in general coach of the train....I'm very unsatisfied with that.. refunds are mandatory for students like us because we didn't get extra money for another booking plzz give my refund back I need that money
