I placed an order of Indya green maxi dress for my family function and i got the dress on **th of May ****,but when i received the dress i tried it and didn't liked the fit so i packed it back and kept it to return.. But as i was very busy these days and no one was at my home so i placed my exchange request for this order few days later on *th of June ****,but i didn't got the exchange order the same and next day that is *th of June ****,the deliveru executive called me and told me that he has maybe dropped my exchange order somewhere..or misplaced it so he can't deliver my order so i told him to cancel this order but he didn't beacuse he was at risk beacause of that but then i myself canceled it on *th of June ****,and my mind was already busy at work so i really forgot that tje return time period got over already on *th of June it was till *th of June.. So now Myntra is not letting me return this product even when i dont want this!! But here in this situation iam clearly not at fault!! Its delivery guy's fault and Myntra is not accepting it.. Please help me regarding returning my product and getting my refund.

Myntra Delivery boy didn’t come up for exchange product delivery rather it just shows exchange on hold as tag is missing from the product but tag is still present on the product.
