i have recieved oder on **rd jan **** and made a return on **rd jan when dilevery boy came he denied return because serial number do not match...while calling customer care they are only raising complaint

Myntra Delivery boy didn’t come up for exchange product delivery rather it just shows exchange on hold as tag is missing from the product but tag is still present on the product.
