Myntra and Ekart Logistics - Return products not yet picked up and not refunded the amount

Product with Order ID # ******* ************** and product with Invoice Number: I****SE*********
Order Number: *******-*******-******* was delivered to my address and given the amount as COD. As there was size issue and poor quality I requested for return pickup and refund. But the products were not yet picked up from the agent and they didn’t issued any refund for the same.
