HI , I am not able to get the internet from last one month onwards , i raised a call to concern brodband they told issue will be resolve to day EOD ,but issue is not resolve again i call to next day same thing they are saying i mailed to concern team also but they are not responding in mail also like this daily i am calling they are not responding properly ,My concern is i paid one year amount to the concern braadband ,after that i raised a complaint to consumer forum (ticket no : *******) the consumer team send a mail to concern team as well as they told to send my side also to the concern broadband on ** of October they said wait for * to ** days i waited after * th day both sides we sent remainder mails also still now the brodband is not respond again the consumer service said raise a ticket to pgportal ,still now i am not getting any respond to concern team ,so again i called to consumer service they said to go to Rangareddy District Consumer Court and Consumer Forum meanwhile i am complaint to in this portal please help me asap
