Huge delay in delivery Open

I had placed an order
(Order No: 1066102-8677741-3107303) almost 15 days back. The expected delivery date was supposed to be 4th January. Everyday, from the 28th of December I see the same status 'Shipped to delivery center'. I raised a complaint on the 3rd of January stating the same and I was assured by the 'Champion' that my order would be reaching me within 5 days. Today's the fifth day now and I still see the same status. I tried to find a way to cancel the order but these guys don't allow cancellations after the package is shipped. I will be traveling out of the city in a few days and now I'm sitting with my money held up and an order I think will never be reaching me.
The best thing about all this is that this was my first order from Myntra and I happened to get the worst experience I could ever ask for.
I will NEVER repeat this mistake again. I'd rather pay more for a better shopping experience elsewhere.
I need a quick resolution to this problem. Either cancel and refund my money or speed things up and deliver my order as soon as possible.
I hope I will not be forced to go the legal way.
