- Huge cancellation fee charged Closed
Regarding order #***********, I placed an order for Rs. **** and after two hours of order, order was cancelled and Swiggy charged Rs **** as cancellation fee. They are giving excuse that they tried to call me * times but I did not get any call. They told that they had sent email and sms intimation but I did not get any email or sms. They could not hold the order even for two hours and charged me such a huge amount of money for network issue. Is it really my mistake? They have mentally harassed me. Please help
