- HP notebook mismatch in configuration Open
I ordered HP EliteBook *** G* on *th March **** and received a different configuration product on **th March **** and I sent an email to the hp sales team for the miss configuration and they informed me that they will replace the product but, I should not use it. Till now after sending multiple emails and reminders to the team and even writing the emails to the GM no response.
I lost a lot of work due to the limited resource, paying the interest against the EMI for the product. No use of the product till date. Please help me to resolve my issue. Let me know if any more details required.
