Make my trip - Hotel Checkin denied issue Make My Trip

I booked hotel via makemytrip service for check-inn on **/**/**** Booking ID NH************** for stay at Park Inn By Radisson Goa Candolim. The total amount which was paid by me was Rs ****.** for * rooms in the above mentioned hotel (Park inn) , Later on **/**/**** i got a call from hotel staff stating that due to some technical issues the prices were very low and there was some technical glitch, So they won't be allowing me to check-inn . I contacted makemytrip for same , after hours of talk they told me it will be resolved till morning , i didnt got any call , then in afternoon of **/**/**** i got the call stating that they are working on it and are trying to work on the issue. I was left stranded there with * people along with me , We were group of * people in which one was *yr old boy. We were left stranded there with no help and support. In the evening around *-* pm i got a call stating that they will try to accommodate in alternate property, when i told them that i booked a * star property and i want same accommodation or similar * star property. There executive lied to me saying property is not available for the same date , while it was available and i could book it and when i told them the same , they said they will call me . At last they gave me an option of zense hotel , when i said book that they said they cant. In short i was left stranded with **** rs refund with no mistake of mine. Why i was harrased mentally and physically for the issue which was cause of them. I seek the compensation for mental and physical harassment .
