My booking ID: RIDV**** (OYO Hotel ****)
I have booked * rooms for * people (* ladies). While we checked in they said the oyo rates are very low and they need extra money. Since Iam with my family including * ladies I accepted and checked in after paying the full amount they asked.
But the real horror starts from there. The rooms are dirty and bathroom windows are open. When we complained about this issue they laughed and said “no issue sir, no one will look from there”. We are shocked by their reply and so decided to checked out. But they insisted to stay in another nearby hotel by saying that the owners are same and will deduct the amount which we already paid. We accepted and moved to the new hotel which the rooms are better than the first one. But on the day of checked out they said that they will not deduct the amount which we paid to the oyo hotel and the owners are different. We have know other option than paying the amount which they asked. Since we are new in Delhi and we have language barriers for communication, the two hotel authorities jointly looted us to the extend.
Actually we traveled from Kerala to Delhi only on the trust with the brand OYO. We never faced such an horrible experience.
Since One month after reporting these issues to OYO no replay has received from their side.
