Goibibio - Hotel cancelled but not giving refund

I made * cancellable hotel reservations through Goibibo. Firstly they generated the booking id but the actual reservation not happened for * of the hotels I came to know this when I called the hotels directly. I contacted all three hotels, and below is the status. It's highly unprofessional that my money is been with Goibibo now for all three bookings but they are unnecessarily keeping the money.

I raised the cancellation request on *rd April ****. It's been ** days they are not issuing the refund. I tried calling customer care but it always disconnects automatically after giving the auto-response. I tried contacting them through email but I only get the same response every time that the query has been forwarded to concern team.
