I made hotel booking for Hyderabad paying **** for July which they quoted as offer price, now they rejected my booking, first they said hotel was closed, but when I found the hotel is open and asked them about that, they said the booking is made due to technical error, then I asked them atleast to change hotel because it's their mistake, but now they are saying hotel prices increased after my booking and so they reject my booking and can't provide alternate hotel also which is completely illegal
