I have booked a hotel on agoda on ** Feb **** for *'night check in from ** Feb **** to ** Feb **** in hotel OYO Townhouse *** Royal Palms Hotel - Rose Collection. On the arrival at hotel on ** Feb ****, the hotel first have asked to wait and then afterwards has denied the checkin stating they does not have any agreement with Agoda for hotel booking and therefore your booking is invalid and void.
Then I have tried contacting Agoda customer care for resolution and refund. They have several times asked me they have checked with hotel your booking is valid and since it is no refundable we cannot give you refund.
This is total fraud and illegal to sell the hotel booking without having any agreement or arrangement.
Request you to please help me in getting refund.
