Agoda - Hotel Booked but management haven t received booking confirmation

We have booked hotel for * days through agoda.com in manali. Our booking is confirmed and we paid money in advance. However, after reaching hotel we see that the management haven't received our booking confirmation and didn't accept our check-in. Because of this we were at loss.
