This is with respect to my booking no NL*************. I had booked a holiday package from MakeMyTrip which included flights with Baggage allowance. The booking card clearly showed this. But when I received the actual ticket, for one leg of the journey check-in baggage allowance was missing. I had to incur an additional amount for my check-in luggage. When I checked with the customer care they clearly refused to acknowledge the issue and tried sweeping it under the carpet by making up their own explanation. But the fact of the matter is that beyond money the entire incident caused me great agony and ruined my holiday.
The least I am expecting is the refund of the amount is spent on my check-in luggage. The link to the holiday booking card clearly articulates my point.
