I bought a Hp laptop from reliance digital on **th January **** with the warranty of * year from reliance digitals. But, Now it's is very very slow even with * gb ram, i* *th gen processer and * gb graphic card nvedia g force mx ***. To fix this problem I bout cosair ***gb m.* nvme ssd but still slow as a turtle ever I reinstalled the windows But, it's still the same . i have been contacting hp from a while but i am not able to connect with there customer care service. when i went to hp official site i got to know that my laptop has been expired its warranty and reliance digital scamed me. i want my refund or want to replacement. please my design course has been started at my university. I will be very thankful if action is taken as soon as possible.
