I booked Uber on **th Feb. I booked it for Kadamtalla Howrah but due to Uber app technical issue, it took another's. But when I reached the wrong place I was charged Rs .*** for only ** km. I contact Uber to know my receipts with details like below.
Per km charge, base fare, surcharge rule, waiting metre rule and all as per government norms. It has been * month ** days but after promise and taking too much time they didn't provide me anything. I need justice with compensation Rs. *** for the only ** km distance I paid Rs.***/- find the attached receipt they send me. I have all the recordings of this event. Please help me.
