Incident Description:
On **th June ****, I placed an order through Swiggy from the restaurant Raj Cabin. Upon receiving the food, we discovered it was contaminated, as it tasted bitter and poisonous. My father, who was the first to taste the food, experienced immediate distress and fell ill. This incident posed a severe health risk and caused significant emotional distress to my family.

The food was contaminated, as evidenced by its bitter and poisonous taste, which caused my father to become ill.
Inadequate Response from Swiggy: Despite contacting Swiggy's support team and sharing evidence, the response was wholly inadequate and dismissive. I was merely advised to rate the restaurant, which is an absurd suggestion given the gravity of the situation.
Financial Loss:
We paid for food that was entirely inedible due to its contamination, leaving us feeling scammed and defrauded.
Actions Taken:
Contacted Swiggy’s support team and shared evidence (photos and descriptions).
Escalated the issue to Swiggy’s Grievance Officer, Mr Arun Cyril, via email.
Received a dismissive response suggesting to rate the restaurant and refusing to process a refund.
