I bougght Reamle earbuds * pro six months back. Now its right bud is making some constant noise. when i went for replacement they said we cannot replace as wire length pf left side is not equivalent to right which was same from Day one. they also mentioned first left bud wire is out hence its the problem then when i specified its right bud issue then they changed their reason and denied to replace it.
