I opened policy **************** on September,****.I provided credit card for easy EMI debit.My credit card got expired on December and i asked them to update new card details.They confirmed they did it.But in December they didnt take EMI from card and there were no way to pay EMI.I went on asking them for link and all they say is to wait for *-*days.Finally they send for December and i paid.Same thing happened in january and i asked them for link and update my card again.After lot of follow up i got link and i paid.To my surprise i again ended in same issue in February and this time they didnt send any link at all and to my surprise they send one mail to me on March,*nd saying because of non payment of EMI policy is lapsed and they wont refund anything to me at all.I have all mail conversations with them.
