Hello Sir /Mam I am Omprakash jogdankar as per above claim id provided I want to Make Complaint against FHPL TPA & HDFC ERGO General health insurance company Because My Pre & Post Natal Expenses Claim amount of Rs**** deducted As per there terms and conditions which I readed and attached the same in documents. My case is not of voluntary abortion its completely Natural abortion Or Missed abortion as per our doctor certificate due heavy bleeding and Major abdominal pain Doctor did D&E surgery. This is a just clarification as my claim is not of voluntary abortion or any other case of voluntary abortion this is the Natural illness condition. Its my humble request to you please help me to Reassess my claim for Pre & Post Natal Expenses. I am very common man seeking for help from Voyxa for only my deducted claim amount please do the needful please. For that reason I want raise complaint against FHPL TPA & HDFC Ergo general health insurance company for Deducting my Hard earned money please do help me.
