A.S.Kalra filed complaint against HDFC ERGO General Health Insurance Co. Ltd on Dec 15, 2021
The company informed through SMS that renewal of the Policy would be done with auto debit of the premium as per the standing instructions. But failed to renew and we had to suffer inspite of the balance lying in the bank. The company never informed that the policy has not been renewed.
