This is in reference to policy no ****************. Recently I came across a discrepancy in the status of the policy and it appears to be showing as Inactive/Expired.I had made the payment of Rs.***** on *nd March **** through online mode. However at the time the payment was made it got stuck due to technical issues and I have raised the concern for the same to the HDFC ergo customer support and logged multiple tickets for the same
On *th March ****, I have received a renewal mail and receipt from HDFC ergo team mentioning the below message.
This is to certify that the MR. VIRENDER KUMAR has paid Rs. ***** (Rupees Seventy-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Seven And Zero Paise Only)
towards premium for Optima Restore Floater Policy No. ******************* issued to MR. VIRENDER KUMAR for period of **/**/**** to **/**/****.
After reaching out to the HDFC ERGO local branch team, I was informed that the money was refunded back to the customer's bank due to a request from them.I have not requested for any such refund and would like you to look into this issue and reinstate my policy. I have the necessary documents and records available for verification purposes(PFA the relevant documents).
Now I have asked for a copy that is been requested by Bank to the HDFC ERGO team but I am not getting a favourable response from their end after multiple mails.
