Apollo 247 - Havent received refund and doctor s did not respond

I had a doctor's appointment through apollo **/* on **th of October where one of the doctor did not respond when I reached out for help they asked me to talk to other doctor I had told them it's an emergency am ** weeks pregnant yet none of the doctor's responded nor customer service responded when I asked for refund no one initiated it yet lied to me that the amount is been initiated regardless telling them I need the money to consult doctor it's medical emergency so far I haven't received money nor go a proper response
