- Haven t received the refund amount for my cancelled flight Closed

My return flight from Goa to Delhi on *th October was scheduled at *.** PM and it was delayed by * hours i.e. at *.** AM and I was informed about this at the time of boarding. I was with my family of two kids (* and * years child), my wife and my mother. I requested my brother in law who booked my flight tickets to cancel the spicejet flight and book another flight for next day. Because staying at airport with kids are in pain and no guarantee of flight was not making any sense. My brother in law cancelled the ticket and booked GoAir ticket for next day i.e. *th October at *:** PM. There were two tickets one for my mother and one for myself, kids and my wife. The refund amount of two tickets were ***** and ***** respectively. I got the refund amount of ***** on next day only but I still haven't received the refund amount of ***** till now i.e. *rd Dec ****. No reply and proof from SpiceJet on the refund amount.
