I was sold an Air purifier in **** and has been replaced twice already for the same defect. The product has stayed at the service center more days than at mine. Now, they are looking to replace the product again for the same complaint and that too when the warranty is ending.
The customer service is sub-standard. "Zero" understanding of customer sentiment and are just passing the buck. I don't want any more replacements, I need a refund, will purchase the product from any other brand and with this I am looking say goodbye to Havells for good and would discourage any other prospective buyer of ANY Havell product to rethink.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
