I purchased three, HAVELLS Efficiencia Neo, **** mm BLDC fans in May ****. The product is under * year standard comprehensive warranty offered by Havells India Ltd.
The fans are having repeated operational / functional problems pertaining to its PCB / control card.
In April ****, (within the first year of warranty), the PCBs of * (out of *) fans were replaced against job id ************** & **************.
Against the above mentioned Job Ids, faulty PCBs of the fans were replaced with refurbished PCBs / locally repaired PCBs by company's authorized representative.
On February **th, ****, (in the second year of warranty) one of the repaired fan again developed same operational problem.
Service request was lodged and Job Id ************** was allocated on February **th.
Company's authorized representative visited home on **th Feb and tried to replace the PCB with the another refurbished PCBs / locally repaired PCBs.
The unprofessional & unethical endeavors of the company's authorized representative were not entertained and asked to leave.
The repeated faults in the product under comprehensive warranty and unethical after sales services rendered by HAVELLS authorized representative is forcing me to initiate all the possible & potent actions to protect my interest.
