Havells India Limited - No service provided during warranty period

I had purchased the water heater from Amazon in November **** and was the first person to do so, despite there being no reviews. Since it was an IOT water heater, there were issues with the application used to control it, which I ignored as I wanted the company and the product to succeed.
However, my optimism was short-lived, as I soon encountered multiple issues with the product. I would like to provide you with a chronological list of these issues, along with the relevant ticket numbers:
September **, ****: The *-segment display, which shows the temperature, stopped working not even a year in since I bought it. I raised a service request with the ticket number **************. The technician (Vishal) told me he would procure the necessary part and get back to me. However, he never did, and the issue remains unresolved.
December *, ****: I raised another ticket with the number **************, as the issue was still unresolved. The same thing happened again, with the technician (Vikas) promising to arrange for the PCB but never following up. I had to call him multiple times, and he finally informed me that the part was yet to come and closed the ticket.
December **, ****: I reached out to Shivani, who had contacted me after I raised the second ticket mentioned above. She directed me to Dilkhush Kumar, who promised to resolve the issue and assured me that the part would reach me within a week. However, a week went by, and when I called him, he asked for another week. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but he never called me back, and the issue remains unresolved.
March **, ****: The water heater stopped working altogether. I raised another service request with the ticket number **************. The technician came to my place, and I told him about both the issues with the display and the geyser being unresponsive. He promised to resolve both issues and changed the thermostat the next day. He informed me that he had bought it from outside, as the company one would've taken a long time, and requested compensation for it. I declined to do so. He said the display PCB was on its way and he would definitely replace it. However, when I turned on the geyser that evening, it stopped working within ** minutes. I tried to call him multiple times over the next few days, but he never picked up.
April *, ****: I raised another ticket with the number **************, as there was still no hot water, and it was still winter. The technician came and changed the thermostat again. He asked me to run it for ** minutes and to call him if it stopped working. When I called him, he promised to get new parts and never called me back after that.
This November marks * year of the geyser and the end of warranty period. I waited for resolution that never came. The water heater has been unusable for a significant portion of the time I have had it, and the issues have not been resolved despite multiple service requests. Therefore, I would like to request a full refund and compensation for problems my entire family had to suffer due to them releasing a product that they do not have the capabilities to service.
