Observed continuous water Leakage from Geysser **ltr senzo. First time complaint technician assinged but at the day and promised time he didnt respond. I raise by Havells sync app. the technician visited clearred tank and replaced some gasket, he told issue will be solved ( asked me *** service charge plus *** for gakset). After done issue not resolved more leakage still observed. He said product need to be replaced which is under extended warrantly until **** November. He raised product to be replaced as comment in ticket and asked me money for servicing but actual issue not resolved. I paid him *** cash. After that No response from Havells team even after i send mail for asking when the geyser will be replaced.
