Hathway has demanded Rs.**** for the modem for the internet connection which had been cancelled a year and a half back.
Since then I have never heard from any of their executives for the return of the modem, suddenly on **/**/**** after an year of cancellation of the connection. I received a threatening email to send the modem back to the company.
Today, **/*/**** I received a phone call from one of the sales executives of hathway demanding Rs **** for the misplaced modem after a period of almost one and a half year
