On *nd June I was conned by one of agents Name Byresh
Phone Number - ********** who had promised the installation will be done by *rd June but he stopped answering my calls and texts after I made the payment on *nd June. Hence I requested a refund on *th June [Ticket # ********W******] for an initial payment of Rs ****. But the ticket status remained as "In Progress" till yesterday (**th June) and today (**th June). I see they have changed the category of the ticket from "refund" to new installation.
Could you please get me my refund and take strict actions against them.
