I am In Digital Cable TV subscriber , following are my details :

Service Provider:Sri Manjunatha Net Service, Hoodi, Bangalore.

Since May **th my cable transmission is out of service.After contacting the cable operator, there representative (Mr. Bahubali) visited after n number of follow ups and gave the reason the STB needs replacement.
He took the STB promising will get it replaced next day.
Till now daily we keep on following both at office and with representative and we are given false promise that today new STB will be installed but yet not done.
Now they are disconnecting our call itself.

We have also contacted your Helpline No, there also we got the reply to contact the local cable operator. Online Ticket # ******* is also raised on the site.
Just FYI ...
*. We were charged Rs ****/- of which they have said Rs ***/- at time of installation.
*. All transaction both installation fees & monthly subscription happens on Card.
No computerized invoice is generated. I have attached the card with mail.
I suspect there is also foul play in this and In Digital management is kept in dark about it.
In Digital is not given the true billing what is being charged from subscriber.
This is harassment by the hand your cable operator and in fact is spoiling the
In Digital brand image. Why should I recommend any one to go for in Digital Cable Service ?
If they don't want to give us service they can give straight reply and refund our security deposit.
We will be happy to opt for DTH service.
Please help us in getting the cable service restored or get our refunds with concrete reply.
