- Hardware not replaced in warranty period Closed
I purchased HP laptop worth of **,***-INR. I faced some hardware issue in it. And I registered complaint
on *nd week of August. Initially the Customer care person not registering my complaint and making excuses
that your warranty is going to expire in * week and can't register the complaint. After argued with him
he finally registered my complaint
When engineer visited, he checked and said that this case needs to inform the
upper technical team of HP. After one week I got one mail from HP Technician Team that your Laptop DISPLAY
PANEL is damaged due to unintentional damage. BRAVO, I have been facing issue in my motherboard and
they sending me mail regarding my DISPLAY PANEL.
After sending them couple of mails. Finally they closed my case without any notification.
and advising me to take laptop on HP Servicer center on chargeable basis.
And while contacting to there Region officer, also not responding.
During purchasing time there products they assure their customers for giving better service in ****- support
and hardware replacement warranty. And when the customer faces such issue then they
totally refuse to providing any service in warranty period and making it chargeable service rupees of **,***.
Really a very bad service from HP. I bought this laptop because I trusted HP but its really a wastage
to buy so prohibitively expensive product
I still believe this message will provide me some permanent solution as soon as possible.
