Team Tata CLiQ,
Today we again have to call Tata CLiQ for returning the defective item and refund my money . Its been more than * days the Tata CLiQ electronics return team is manipulating me and delaying the whole process.
Once I have sent the requested images within * mb as asked by Leenu one of your customer care executive I was again harassed today over customer support call stating that the images are not been acknowledge as it is not within *mb. However the call representative Dushyant also narrated that the electronics return team does not want to speak to me as they are not satisfied with the images I had sent.Though In the email mentioned in the trail email dated **th June **** at *.**pm that the images has been acknowledged, I am continuously getting harassed by Tata CLiQ backend electronics return team. Even yesterday the representative of customer service named Harshita tried to reach the Electronics support team executive Leenu and Hafiza but both of them denied to speak. Also the lady named Leenu shouted and abuses me stating that if I am not closing then ongoing complain then they will do it by themselves without making any return . Hence today out of such condition I have recorded the call with the customer support executive where I was again denied to make a conversation with the electronics return team of Tata CLiQ. Tata CLiQ electronics product return team even mock me when I said I can raise this to Government forum and social media. everyday the Tata CLiQ Electronics Return team denying any conversation on return and refund. Even I was told that post the days of return warranty they will reply to calls. This is how they operate. I am trying to reach local police station and for further assistance as this is not about money only but also humiliation to me and harassing a customer like me regularly. Also after mocking the Government Consumer help line and Government forums and media its very unappreciated way of working of Tata CLiQ with Indian consumers. You people are selling duplicate items with defects and now since more than * days there is no return and refund has been done. However all the lies of image size got caught as the images are all within *mb which can be downloadable by all other complaint desk and forums looped here. Also I was mocked again today by the Tata support team and the customer support executive Mr Dushyant asked me to resend the photographs of the product multiple time further as they will not bother to reply me.
Also would like to bring this to notice of Mr. Dharmarajan K for further solution and closure.
From the Government I am seeking help now as Tata CLiQ electronics return team is doing such nuisance everyday.
Thank you CIM Office and Mr. Anil Agarwal for taking this issue in record through the below trail email. I am really helpless due to the manipulation and harassment done by Tata CLiQ Electronics Return Team.
