I had booked my flight ticket from Cleartrip. My flight got cancelled so I requested a refund from Cleartrip. I was following from last ** days but Cleartrip representative was unable to give a specific answer.
On **th may **** I received a call from Cleartrip Mumbai office. They told me my issue has been raised and it will be resolved soon.
After that call, I connected to Cleartrip customer care to confirm regarding call came from Mumbai. They told yes this is our Mumbai office no. and your concern has been transferred to Mumbai office team.
Again on **th May, I received a call from the same number. That person told me he is from Cleartrip finance department and my amount will be credited to my account by today only. He was having my all details which I shared to Cleartrip representative.
He shared one bank detail and told me through net banking or paytm or google pay just add this account for the quick response. I was sure there is no fraudulence as landline number was from Cleartrip Mumbai office.
But within * hour my ***** got credited to A/C *************. I don't know how as no otp was generated. When I called to customer care on **th they told me to wait for ** hrs as they want to verify it. On **st I received a call from Mumbai office different no. She told me she is from the escalation department & someone had trapped Cleartrip account and phone number and called me.
Again on ** Jan, I received a call from Cleartrip Mumbai office (Mr Swapnil- ***********). He told me that please elaborate on your issues once again to me. After that, he checked call records of **th and found yes its Cleartrip representative fault who has given me false information. He told me that please mail me a snapshot of incoming calls made on **th May.
I mailed him all the details but he is not reverting me back. Cleartrip people are not giving me my refund. Please help me.
